We are here to have fun and provide you a fun, rewarding and safe activity. We don't believe in proscriptive rules, and want to work WITH you and help you enjoy yourself. In return we would ask you to respect our equipment, us and our simple rules - they are for safety reasons and to enable both you and us to have a safe and enjoyable time at the race track. We're reasonable people, if there's anything you're worried about let's get it sorted out first of all!

Driving time

While we endeavour to meet the minimum driving time shown on our web site, Attaq Motorsport can make no guarantees as to exactly how much time you have behind the wheel which may be affected by weather, breakdowns, accident damage or situations outside our control. We'll do our best for you though!

 

KART HIRE TERMS AND CONDITIONS 

 1. ACCIDENT DAMAGE ("BEND IT, MEND IT")

• Liability: Unlike indoor karting, the Driver/Guardian is liable for all accident damage costs regardless of fault. 

• Parts Charging: The Provider reserves the right to charge for all spares required following an incident, including but not limited to: axles, track rods, steering columns, wheels, side pods, and bodywork. 

• Engine & Radiator: The Driver is liable for engine damage caused by dislodged chains (from kerb strikes) or radiator damage caused by off-track excursions. 

• Repair Time: Any time taken to repair accident damage is subtracted from the Driver's track time. If repairs cannot be completed at the circuit, no replacement date or refund will be offered. 

2. MECHANICAL FAILURE & DRIVING CONDUCT

• Standard Failures: While karts are prepared to high standards, mechanical failures are a feature of racing. If a failure cannot be fixed at the circuit, the Provider reserves the right not to offer a replacement date. 

• Careless Driving: If a failure is caused by hitting kerbs, running off-track, or reckless use, the Provider may terminate the session immediately with no refund. 

• Safety Termination: The Provider reserves the right to stop any driver deemed to be endangering themselves, others, or the equipment. 

3. PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY & SAFETY

• Risk Acknowledgment: Motorsport is dangerous. The Driver/Guardian accepts responsibility for driving within their safe limits and the limits of the weather/track conditions. 

• Duty to Stop: If the Driver is unhappy with their ability, the conditions, or the kart’s safety, they must stop and inform an Attaq representative immediately. 

• Regulations: The Driver/Guardian must familiarise themselves with local flag signals and Motorsport UK safety regulations in place at the venue

4. CANCELLATION & INSURANCE

• Cancellations by the Driver must be made at least 24 hours before the event to be eligible for a re-schedule. No refunds are offered if cancelled less than 7 days before an event. 

• Non-Completion: If the Driver fails to complete the experience on the day for any reason, no refund or re-schedule will be offered. 

• Insurance: The event is covered by Attaq Motorsport’s Team Insurance. This does not include personal accident insurance, which remains the sole responsibility of the Driver/Guardian. 

6. SIZE & WEIGHT CONFIRMATION

The Driver confirms they fall within the required parameters (or have arranged a prior seat fitting): 

• Junior/Senior: Min 30kg | Min 145cm | Max 110kg | Max 190cm. 

• Intermediate: Max height 155cm.

Cadet 8-10 years old

Intermediate 10-13 years old

Junior 12-`5 years old

Senior 15 years and up
